NOURISH YOUR SKIN: Our body cream includes Organic Unrefined Shea Butter, Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Magnesium Chloride, Organic Beeswax, Essential Oil: Lavender Oil.
Apply 1-2 tsp to Legs, Arms, Stomach or Chest - Topical Magnesium Chloride. Shea butter to ensure your skin is smooth and hydrated after application.
CONSISTENCY IS KEY: Magnesium cream or Lotion works with consistent, daily (or nightly) use. It is recommended to use daily for a period of 3 weeks.

I love the foot cream.
This is such a great way to give my body the magnesium it needs and I know I can trust Sifa to use excellent quality products to make my magnesium.
I use this on my feet to help me relax and sleep. It's amazing. It also leaves my feet baby soft.
I ran out of my cream 4 days before getting new supply and nothing worked as well. even my 500mg thc/500mg cbd. Now I know which works better. even better if I combine both.
